    Why does The Iron Yard have a store?
    Great question! This store was built due to popular demand from our students, staff, and friends. Prior to being online, our merchandise was only available to our students and staff. There were so many requests to be able to buy shirts, we felt like we should make them available to everyone.

    How is the merchandise priced?
    The short answer is that you pay what we pay. We sell everything at cost.

    What is your return policy?
    We don't actually have a return policy for purchases made at The Iron Yard store. We want our customers to feel good about their purchases, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience. Let us know what you need and we’ll find a solution together. 

    Why don't you have a return policy?
    The Iron Yard store is about celebrating the culture of our code school. We want to support each other and build lasting friendships. We think the items in our store foster and reflect that desire. If something isn’t right with your order, tell us; we’ll make it right.

    Do you have a customer support department?

    We don't formally have a customer support department (yet). But you can call our main line if you have any questions about the merchandise or your order. You can also email us with questions as well.
